Nima Boroumand
Founder and CEO
Nima Boroumand is the founder and CEO of Bit One IT Solutions, LLC, a Managed IT and Cybersecurity firm based in Orange County, California. Since its launch in 2015, Bit One has become a trusted technology partner to businesses across the country, offering customized solutions that strengthen security, enhance efficiency, and support long-term growth.
Nima began his technical journey in 1999, studying computer hardware and Microsoft technologies, with a focus on Active Directory. Over the years, he has earned multiple Microsoft and industry certifications, developing deep expertise in systems architecture, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT operations. In 2009, he completed his bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Information Systems Design Science from California State University, Fullerton—blending his technical foundation with business strategy and process optimization.
Before founding Bit One, Nima served as IT Manager for a publicly traded software company in Irvine, California, where he led a team of engineers and oversaw the company’s infrastructure and cybersecurity operations.
With more than two decades of experience, Nima has earned a reputation for delivering reliable, forward-thinking IT solutions backed by a strong sense of accountability. He works closely with each client to understand their unique needs and goals, creating tailored technology roadmaps that align with long-term business success. His clients span a wide range of industries—including legal, manufacturing, healthcare, and accounting.
What drives Nima most is the opportunity to design and implement systems he can confidently stand behind—solutions that reflect his belief in quality over quantity. He values the long-term relationships he’s cultivated with clients and takes pride in being a trusted advisor who combines technical excellence with a personal, relationship-driven approach.
Ida Boroumand
Director of Operations and Finance
Ida began her career in digital advertising, spending over a decade as a media buyer and strategist working closely with clients to understand their goals and deliver meaningful results. That experience eventually led her into business development and operations, where she found herself wearing many hats, building efficient processes, growing teams, and helping businesses run more effectively. It was through that work that she gradually took on financial oversight as well, stepping in where the business needed her most and finding that managing the numbers was just another way of keeping everything running smoothly.
Zach Chen
Lead Support Specialist
Zach’s path into IT began with a home lab, where hands-on experimentation helped him build the technical foundation for his career. That passion led him into the educational side of technology, where he has tutored, mentored, and taught others in a variety of technical subjects. Today, he brings that same problem-solving mindset to his work by providing quick, effective solutions for clients while maintaining a friendly and approachable attitude. Outside of work, he can be found gaming, playing music, and spending time with friends and family.
Aleksandro Klincarski
Director of Business Development and Sales
Aleksandro has over seven years of experience in sales across multiple industries, including managed services, cybersecurity, SaaS, and service-based businesses. Throughout his career, he has focused on building structured, repeatable sales systems and maintaining a high level of consistency in execution, regardless of market or offer. Aleksandro is a PhD candidate, bringing an analytical and disciplined approach to sales strategy, decision-making, and performance optimization. His work reflects a balance between practical experience in the field and a deeper, research-driven understanding of systems and human behavior. He is recognized for clarity in communication, efficiency in execution, and a results-oriented mindset. His role at Bit One IT Solutions centers on helping small and mid-sized businesses simplify their technology environment, reduce unnecessary costs, and implement reliable, scalable IT systems that support long-term growth. By aligning technical solutions with business priorities, his work contributes to more predictable operations, stronger security posture, and improved overall efficiency for clients.
